From the lunge position: make sure you are doing a pelvic tilt before starting the lateral stretch. 15” each side how many times you need. 2. From the quadrupedal pose: one leg bended one extended, reach slowly your heel. 15” each side as before. 3. Laying on your back: grab your knee and extens slowly the opposite leg, 30” each side for 3 times. Easy. Powerful.
